The Veteran Services Program at SocolMD is a cooperative effort between the veteran, our practice, technology innovators and participating third party funding sources.

The program is built around a face-to-face encounter with the veteran, their family and other support personnel.

An individual needs analysis guides diagnostic testing and treatment.

The program is committed to best-practices and cost-effectiveness.

Eligible individuals for the Veteran Services Program include:
* Honorably discharged veterans and their spouses or partners
* Spouses & partners of active duty service personnel
